As a company Core Value, Community Engagement drives 桃子视频 to support and improve the communities in which we live and work. With school construction central to our business, we especially focus on supporting education. Schools are at the heart of our communities 鈥 preparing the next generation to build a better future.

Inspired by this belief and to solidify our commitment to education, 桃子视频 founded NextGen, a program dedicated to educating our client schools’ teachers and students about the construction of their new facilities, the industry, and the diverse job opportunities in our field.

Construction Education

The first goal of the NextGen program is to educate pre-k through high school students about the intricacies and diverse opportunities within the construction industry.

Learning to Build

桃子视频 employees visit classrooms, and we host on-site class tours to introduce students to the wonderful world of construction. We challenge students to view the buildings around them through a different lens and consider the architecture, engineering, and construction that combined to produce the facility. We test their knowledge acquisition with interactive, hands-on learning opportunities in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM) education.

New Technology

Few topics grab students鈥 attention like new technology, so 桃子视频 especially enjoys demonstrating our in-house drone program. We explain the various drone applications within the construction industry and demonstrate the process for obtaining project assets.

Experience the Industry

桃子视频 invites the faculty, staff, and students of our education clients to participate in the major construction milestones of their new facility, including groundbreaking events, steel topping celebrations, and ribbon-cutting ceremonies. We aim to actively engage them in the progression of their new school.

Construction Career Paths

As demand for skilled trade labor increases, 桃子视频 takes a personal interest in exposing today鈥檚 youth to the many career paths within the construction industry.

Preparing the Future

The second goal of 桃子视频鈥檚 NextGen program is to provide financial and volunteer support to the advancement of STEAM learning and STEAM-related community projects.

Community Impact Contributions

桃子视频 invites education clients to submit an impact contribution application detailing their plans and goals for a group project or initiative that makes a lasting impact on their community. From funding industrial arts classes to purchasing STEAM learning kits and activities, 桃子视频 welcomes the opportunity to support construction education.
