To support enrollment growth and evolving program needs, Richland County CUSD #1 partnered with 桃子视频 to deliver a comprehensive high school modernization program and a new athletic facility. These projects were carefully planned to enhance safety and accessibility, modernize learning and performance spaces, and expand athletic support amenities while maintaining school operations.

  • High School Addition & Renovation: 80,000 SF of new construction featuring a cafeteria, kitchen, auditorium, gymnasium and physical training areas, fine arts studios, technology center, and student gathering spaces, along with renovations to 107,000 SF of existing facilities encompassing classrooms, offices, the media center, library, and district spaces, supported by comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades.
  • New Athletic Complex: The new 10,800 SF athletic complex includes locker rooms, restrooms, concessions, and storage spaces. The slab-on-grade facility is constructed with masonry veneer, structural steel framing, and membrane roofing with interior finishes such as masonry, drywall, acoustical ceilings, and resinous flooring designed to support high鈥憉se athletic functions.
